“ One of the best meals I've had this year and my dining mates did too. We will have to come back for the Chef's Choice on a Tuesday or Wednesday on a future trip to Quebec City. Our group of three chose four appetizers, two starters, and two mains through our three-hour dinner which was served with two bottles of lovely Sardinian wine. Lovely and complex flavour profiles and beautifully presented dishes. This place will not disappoint. Fun, casual, but attentive service which made the evening all the more special. We always have a tasting menu (with wine pairings) whenever we can, as well as sit at the kitchen counter to watch the show - even though we don't speak French, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our server chose great wines for pairing and frequently checked in with us (speaking English nicely). Excellent meal! ”
